You may be required to pay fees to service providers when using Glabma Thailand Travel Services and must comply with their terms and conditions. You acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for these costs and agree to pay them, as well as abide by the service providers' terms.

You acknowledge and agree that any content you provide (including text, images, and videos) may be used by Glabma Thailand Travel, its service providers, or platform users. By submitting a review, you grant Glabma Thailand Travel and its providers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, translate, create derivative works from, and promote such content. However, unless otherwise agreed in writing, this license does not affect your ownership of the content.

**6.8.1** If you purchase travel itineraries, transfer services, tickets, or other travel-related experiences through the Glabma Thailand Travel platform, upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and an electronic voucher ("Electronic Voucher") that represents the purchased service, except in cases where a physical ticket or other arrangements apply. You may print the Electronic Voucher for use.

**6.8.2** You understand and agree that you must comply with any additional terms and restrictions set by Glabma Thailand Travel or the supplier regarding the use of the Electronic Voucher, including but not limited to: appearing in person and on time at the designated meeting point specified by Glabma Thailand Travel within the validity period of the Electronic Voucher, and presenting the required documents or information (e.g., a photo identification document, your order number, your Electronic Voucher). Failure to meet these conditions and restrictions may result in the inability to redeem the services represented by the Electronic Voucher or request a refund.

**6.8.3** You understand and agree that if your Electronic Voucher or order number is lost or stolen, Glabma Thailand Travel is not obligated to reissue the Electronic Voucher or provide the service represented by the voucher. Additionally, if you attempt to redeem the voucher fraudulently, such as not meeting the legal age requirement for the service, Glabma Thailand Travel or the supplier may refuse to honor the redemption, and no refund will be provided.

**7. Limitation of Liability**

**7.1** You acknowledge that platform content may be provided by suppliers and agree that we make no representations or warranties regarding its accuracy. You agree not to hold us liable for any content provided by suppliers.

**7.2** You agree that any content you transmit to or interact with on the Glabma Thailand Travel platform is not confidential and may be read or intercepted by others. You acknowledge that no confidential, fiduciary, or cooperative legal relationship is established between you and us.

**7.3** To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that Glabma Thailand Travel, its directors, senior executives, managers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from a breach of these terms, use of the Glabma Thailand Travel platform, or other negligent acts.

**7.4** To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that if you are dissatisfied with our services, your sole remedy is to stop using our services. In any case, if we are liable to you, the maximum compensation shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the twelve months prior to your initial claim.
